Welcome to Music Antra. These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment, participation, and interaction with our academy, whether through in-person sessions, online communication, or use of our services. By enrolling in any program or engaging with us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Enrollment in any Music Antra program is subject to availability and confirmation by the academy. A seat is considered secured only after successful payment and confirmation.
For students under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process and accept these terms on behalf of the student. The guardian is responsible for communication, payments, and adherence to academy policies.
All fees must be paid in advance according to the selected program or subscription plan. Fee structures vary depending on batch size, session frequency, and course type.
Any promotional or introductory pricing is time-bound and cannot be applied to past or existing enrollments. Fees once paid are subject to the Refund Policy.
Delayed or incomplete payments may lead to temporary suspension of sessions or restricted access until dues are cleared.
Sessions are conducted as per a pre-defined schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Students are expected to be punctual and consistent.
For batch sessions, missed classes are generally not rescheduled. In certain cases, make-up sessions may be considered at the academy’s discretion.
For one-on-one training, limited rescheduling may be allowed if prior notice is provided within a reasonable time frame. Repeated cancellations or last-minute changes may result in forfeited sessions.
Music Antra maintains a respectful and focused learning environment. Students are expected to behave appropriately with mentors, staff, and fellow learners.
Any form of misconduct, including disruptive behavior, disrespect, or misuse of academy property, may lead to immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
Music Antra follows an experience-led learning approach that values depth, consistency, and personal growth. Progress may differ from one learner to another based on individual effort, attendance, and engagement.
While mentors provide structured guidance and support, specific outcomes or timelines cannot be guaranteed.
Students are expected to handle instruments, equipment, and studio spaces with care. Any damage caused due to negligence may require compensation.
The academy reserves the right to set rules regarding the use of its facilities to maintain quality and safety.
All teaching content, lesson structures, materials, and methodologies used at Music Antra are the intellectual property of the academy.
Students are not permitted to record, reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the learning material without prior written permission.
Music Antra may occasionally capture photographs or videos during sessions, workshops, or performances for internal documentation or promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be included in such material, you may inform us in writing in advance.
While reasonable care is taken to provide a safe learning environment, Music Antra shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during sessions, except where required by applicable law.
Students are expected to follow all safety guidelines shared by mentors and staff.
Music Antra reserves the right to modify schedules, course structures, mentors, or session formats if required. Any such changes will be communicated in advance, with efforts made to maintain continuity in learning.
The academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment in cases of non-payment, repeated absenteeism, or violation of these terms.
These terms are intended to ensure a smooth and respectful learning experience for all participants. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates made to these terms.
