Refund Policy

At Music Antra, we aim to provide a meaningful and structured learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered.

General Policy

All payments made toward courses, sessions, or training programs are generally non-refundable. Once a student is enrolled and a slot is reserved, resources and scheduling commitments are made accordingly.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Inability to start the course due to a valid and verifiable reason, communicated before the first session
  • Cancellation of a program by Music Antra

In such cases, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Irregular attendance or missed sessions
  • Dissatisfaction due to a lack of practice or the expected pace of progress
  • Partial usage of a course or subscription

Session Rescheduling

For one-on-one sessions, limited rescheduling may be allowed if prior notice is given. Missed sessions without notice may be considered forfeited.

Batch sessions follow a fixed schedule and typically do not offer rescheduling.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original mode of payment. Any transaction charges, if applicable, may be deducted.

Transfer of Enrollment

In certain cases, Music Antra may allow a transfer of enrollment to another program or learner, subject to approval. This is not guaranteed and depends on availability and course structure.
